More good news!  The Women's International Film and Arts Festival in Miami has selected gifted 2013 Alum Claudia Saviñón's original and humorous short, "Los Personajes de Paola" to screen in competition on Sunday, June 7th at 530pm.  

Produced at the 2013 Summer Intensive Institute, Los Personajes de Paola, is the imaginative and colorful story of a writer struggling to finish her script.  With charming performances, Claudia deftly tackles a universal story with a light touch and sharp comedic timing.  Click here to see behind the scenes images from this whimsical tale.

Along with Arismendy Hernandez' foundation short, The Call, the Manhattan Film Festival will also premiere "Undocumented," the gripping short film by the talented 2014 Foundation Alum, Jeff Emmanuel Fleuridort on Saturday, June 20th, 2015 at 7:00pm.   

Produced at the 2014 Summer Intensive Institute, Undocumented, tells the tragic story of three Haitian men seeking a new life in America.  Beautifully shot, Jeff Emmanuel Fleuridort assuredly weaves a complex and moving narrative.  Click here to see behind the scenes images from this compelling short.

We are so pleased to announce the New York Premiere of Foundation Alumni Arismendy Hernandez' short film, "The Call" at the Manhattan Film Festival on Wednesday, June 24th 2015 at 7:00PM as part of the International Shorts Program.

Produced at the 2010 Summer Intensive Institute, The Call is the story of a man who discovers his wife’s infidelity and he seeks revenge by making a tempting offer to his housekeeper.  Cleverly shot, The Call showcases Arismendy's exceptionally nuanced talents.  You can learn more about Arismendy here

Danny Tolli is a vital contributor to the One Race Foundation from our earliest days – working as a teaching assistant, program coordinator and curriculum developer.  His commitment to our students and our cause is unparalleled and his contributions continue to shape the program today.

We’re beyond proud to see Danny making a name for himself in the world of TV.  As a staff writer on the CBS drama, Stalker, Danny continues to inspire our community.

We could not be more proud of our talented alumni and are thrilled to share their news.    Here is an update from 2014 Alum - Jeff Emmanuel Fleuridort.

"I just would like to share with you that I'm every day improving my skills and to inform you that I'm Co-director and editor of the FILM "BYE BYE PAPA!" (scenario and direction: Valery Numa). We hope to be ready for the "premiere' on March 26th. See the link here.

 I also worked on the film 'SUSPICION" directing by SAMUEL PIERRE-LOUIS, which will be launched on 26th of this month.  See the link here.

Since last August, I began working for Haitian TV and am finishing the script for my first feature length film.
